Cloth diapering today is not what it used to be. Come learn all about the latest in cloth diapering options. You can forget about diaper pins, plastic pants, and plain white diapers! Come learn why using cloth is better for baby, better for our environment,and better on your budget. You’ll learn everything you’ll need to know to get you started. PLUS, if you wish to save even more you will learn how to sew your own cloth diapers.
The class fee includes an "All-In-One" diaper kit, instructions, and patterns for all diaper sizes.
The first half of the class will cover all you need to know about cloth diapers. The second half will be sewing your "All-In-One" diaper with assistance from the teacher. If you are wanting to sew the diaper in class, please bring your sewing machine with you. Along with 1 ball point needle for your machine. (I will have some ball point needles, that are flat on one side of the shank, if this doesn't sound like a needle that works with your machine, bring one that you know will work). Please also bring: scissors, seam ripper, and straight pins.
Come see my collection of samples from the majority of larger cloth diaper companies : Bumgenius, Snap Ez, Mother-ease, Fuzzi Bunz, Bummis, Bumkins, etc. It helps to see these hands on rather than just picking from the internet.
This class lasts about 2 hours.

Little Rabbit's Cloth Diapering Classes are taught by Alison Roberts. Alison has her BS degree in Family & Consumer Sciences Education. She has 7 years of experiece teaching sewing classes in Utah's public schools. After becoming a mother, Alison discovered the world of cloth diapers. Her love of teaching and her excitement for cloth diapers is what brought her to teaching a class such as this one. |
